Horizon GeoImaging, LLC Cancellation and Refund Policy -
Hyperspectral Workshops
- The course fee includes participation in the workshop, all
instruction, lecture notes, and daily lunches and refreshments. Due to the popular demand for these courses, prepaid registration is required to secure a seat. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is as
follows:
- Classes may be cancelled by Horizon GeoImaging, LLC
with 30-days notice if minimum enrollment levels are not achieved.
In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
- Registrants canceling for any reason 30-days or more prior to
a scheduled workshop start date will be refunded 100% of their
registration fee, minus a $25.00 handling fee.
- Registrants canceling for any reason closer than 30 days to
a scheduled workshop start date will not receive a refund unless the cancelled
seat can be
filled by a new registrant. In this case, a 100% refund will be
issued once a new participant has registered for the cancelled seat, minus a $25.00 handling
fee.
